Great location, friendly service. Parts are really horrible quality here lately, but it's not the store's fault. Customer service is pretty high up there. Store was neat and well organized. Everyone walking in was greeted!

So thankful to the very knowledgeable service technician named Oscar. My air is on the fritz and Mr. Oscar knew exactly what I needed. I for one am not a mechanic 🧑🔧 but I appreciate when I can come to a business and they treat you like a number one customer. The store was tidy and organized. I recognized the outstanding customer service and I couldn’t wait to come home relax and write this review. I hope O’rielly Auto Parts knows they have a customer for life now!

The staff is consistently knowledgeable and friendly. They don’t just point you to an aisle—they walk you through what you need and even offer tips if you’re unsure about a repair. One time, I came in with a dead battery, and not only did they test it for free, but they also helped me install the replacement right in the parking lot.
Their inventory is impressive, from high-quality brand-name parts to affordable alternatives. I also appreciate their free loaner tool program, which makes larger jobs possible without investing in expensive tools I may only use once.
