I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Chris and Trine. When I called the store, Chris was very helpful and professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explain what I needed to know regarding my brakes and rotors, which made me feel much more confident before coming into the store.
When I arrived, Trine assisted me and continued that same level of outstanding service. She was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood the information she was sharing with me. That kind of customer care really stands out.
Trine also helped resurface my rotors and did an excellent job. Her professionalism and willingness to help truly stood out to me, and I really appreciated the time she took to make sure everything was handled properly.
Experiences like this make a big difference, especially when dealing with vehicle issues. Chris and Trine both provided excellent customer service, and I’m very grateful for their help. They are both great assets to your team!

I stopped in about a week ago to purchase a couple of items and had the pleasure of being helped by Christian. His customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He was kind, attentive, and professional the entire time.
Even while assisting other customers and taking a phone call, he made sure I felt acknowledged and taken care of. When I mentioned I had a question about my brakes, he took the time to explain things clearly and provide helpful information. I left feeling informed, confident, and genuinely appreciated as a customer.

I had such a great experience at O’Reilly Auto and had to share! Mark helped me with my battery, and Blake helped with my wipers. They were both so friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me! Highly recommend this location for their amazing customer service!

Went in for an air-cleaner filter, for my old garden tractor, and they didn't have it. Noone offered to order one, surprise.
However, I did find a replacement side mirror for an old Toyota Highlander
