Had to get a battery ,I always go to O'Reilly. Good price great service .today a young man Grant took care of me so kind explained all my options and happily installed the battery for me!! That's why I will always come here!

I had the pleasure of visiting my local O'Reilly Auto Parts recently. For reference, I am 66 and a female. I received excellent professional service. I went in for their FREE, yes, Free, diagnostic service. The Check Engine light came on in my car and I wanted to know what actually caused the light to come on. The technician gathered his equipment and came out to the car. Ultimately, the diagnostic test revealed the culprit was a leaking worn gas cap! Easiest automotive repair EVER! The technician even removed the old cap and installed my newly purchased gas cap! They told me it would take about 50 miles for the alarm to clear. Like clock work, 50 miles rolled around and No Alarm!

I had an absolutely great experience thanks to James! I came in with a tail light out, fully expecting to have to figure it out myself. Before I could even ask, he grabbed his tools and immediately came outside to help me change it — no questions asked. He was friendly, fast, and clearly knows what he’s doing. It’s rare to find customer service like that these days, and I truly appreciated it.

I fix cars in my free time and of all the local parts stores I've used, the Oreilly on Main Street in League City is the best. They mainly have the parts I need in stock and when I have to order parts, they always come super quick. The employees are great and James has gone above and beyond on several occasions for me to help with parts and honoring warranties without any hassle at all. It feels like seeing friends whenever I visit.

Had a battery that wouldn't hold a charge. Found my receipt from a different location. The 2 year warranty was close. I was expecting to pay at least something. These particular batteries are a couple hundred dollars. They exchanged me a brand new one for $0. Made my day.

I want to give a big thank you to James at O’Reilly’s for his outstanding customer service. My grandson’s AC had stopped working on his 2011 Ford Escape, and James went above and beyond to help us. He met us right out front of the store, walked us through testing the refrigerant level, and explained things in a way we could easily understand. His knowledge, patience, and willingness to take the time made all the difference. With his help, we were able to get the AC working again. It’s rare to find someone so helpful and genuinely caring these days. James is an excellent representative of O’Reilly Auto Parts, and we truly appreciate his assistance. Highly recommended!!!
