We had car trouble and called to ask if they could put something in our we talked to Abel he was very nice he put the c foam in for us and washed the oil off of our car he definitely needs a raise !

I had a great experience today Saturday September 13th 2025 with Edward the Assistant manager. He was so helpful assisting me with checking my car battery. Edward first, checked my alternator and starter and made sure that these were not the problems I was having, and both of these were in good condition and as it turned out, I was going to need a new battery since when he checked the battery itself, it was very weak. Edward was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining the different type of batteries that they sell and he uninstalled the bad battery and put in the new one. And I wasn’t there very long to get this service done. It probably took about 15 minutes. He is a great employee! 😊

My husband has always gone there to get the stuff he needs for his vehicles. They are very helpful. We’re not too busy because sometimes it gets really full.

Great service. This young man named Abel was very helpful. Got all the stuff I needed for my oil change. Was friendly even when I went literally the last 15min before closing. Definitely will be going back.

Went late last night to pick up a relay from the store that I saw online looked all over the shelf guys. There were very helpful, even though it was almost closing time. We did not find it, but they spent time searching for it on their website with me sadly they did not have it as the websitesaid it did, but they were very friendly and helpful.

Yesterday, I picked up my daughter from daycare and my car could not start. My car battery died. Luckily, there was an O’Reilly’s across the street, so I walked to it. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted. I walked up to the register and Gavin assisted me in finding a battery. He gave me his recommendation and I purchased the battery. Gavin went above and beyond to help me. My husband was at work and any help I could get, would take a least an hour, so my daughter and I were stranded. Gavin offered to replace the battery, even though it was across the street! He walked us over, switched it out, and ensured the car started. I was so impressed and grateful for his kindness. I will definitely return to Gavin for all my future auto part needs

To say I had the best experience dealing with a warranty issue would be an understatement. Frank, the store manager, went above and beyond to help me replace my brakes and rotors. His in-depth knowledge of warranty policies, especially the exclusions and deadlines, far exceeded that of other stores I had previously contacted.
Frank’s dedication truly stands out, and it’s clear he takes pride in providing top-tier customer service. His assistant manager, Jay, also played a key role in helping me complete the transaction smoothly today. It’s evident that Frank’s training and leadership have made a huge impact on the team.
I genuinely appreciate the time and effort taken over the past week to guide me through the warranty process. They made me feel like a valued and appreciated customer, something that’s unfortunately rare these days. Thank you for delivering true 5-star service!
