Outstanding customer service! The team at O’Reilly Auto Parts went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s refreshing to find a store where the employees genuinely care about helping customers. Their professionalism and willingness to assist made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning for my future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

Harold was the team member who helped me. When I arrived, he was busy with another customer, but he still greeted me and offered to help. He assisted me in finding the parts I needed and even installed them for me. These days, good customer service is rare, so I really appreciate that he welcomed me when I came in, acknowledged that I needed assistance, and let me know he would be with me as soon as he finished with his other customer. That kind of helpful service is hard to find these days, and I truly value it.

and wanted to give a special shout out to Al for the outstanding customer service. Al was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I came in looking for replacement lights for my vehicle, and he helped me find exactly what I needed without any hassle. He made the whole process simple and stress-free, which I really appreciated.
What really stood out was that Al even volunteered to help install the lights for me. That level of customer care goes above and beyond and made the experience even better. It’s rare to find someone who takes the time to make sure a customer leaves completely satisfied.
Overall, this was easily a 10 out of 10 experience on the Osiris Hotness 🔥 Scale. Great service, great attitude, and a great experience all around. Thanks again, Al!

Went in because I had a tail light out. Gabe was fantastic. He made sure he had the correct size screwdriver, tested the new bulb to make sure it was working, and was friendly.

My 1st time at this store. Saleslady was extremely helpful and even did the camera icon on her phone to check the car cover size I needed for my Jeep. Will be back if I need any car stuff.

When I realized the rubber was coming off one of my windshield wipers I called O'Reilly to see if they had the part. Thomas was super helpful on the phone, and when I asked if he could help me replace the wiper on the car, he did not hesitate to say yes and told me a best time to come to the store. I went and had a new wiper on my car in 5 minutes. Really excellent customer service: competent and kind. Thank You Thomas!

I just stop here for help with finding the right screw. Gabe really took his time and helped me. He is a very friendly helpful person. I offered a tip and he refused it. I think when someone helps we should thank them with a tip. Wonderful place to go to.
