This Store Specializes in "AUTOMOTIVE PAINT"
Most auto parts stores are failed mechanics, who sell parts instead.
I personally had to show a young man at a parts store, how to tighten a valve stem, as opposed to buying "Fixa'Flat"
Auto Paint, Clear Coat, Activator, Hardener, PAINT mixed to OEM Manufacturers Code.
Yes they sell most parts, call ahead before wasting Electricity.

Marlon in the paint center is awesome! We ran out paint on a job and I got there at 10 minutes to close of the center. Marlon stayed 30 minutes late to finish the orders he could for the day and squeezed ours in too. He was so kind and friendly! Marlon deserves a raise!

Aiden, was extremely busy this morning (Aug 2, 26) but that didn't slow his customer enthusiasm. I needed a new battery. Copus Towing and Recovery told me I can come to this O'Reilly store in madison vs having my car towed and hung up until the garage opened Monday. Great suggestion and support.
I met Aiden at the desk, minutes later, I was back on the road. This store is impressive. From the inventory available and the customer support, well done, O'Reilly. You earned another two customers today, my bride and myself and anyone else i meet who needs auto care.
Thanks to Aiden for making this visit a customer service dream!

I've had to take over all sorts of tasks as my hubby's dementia has progressed, so I am so deeply appreciative of the kindness and help I received here at this O'Reilly's to install a blinker light. Sure, I'd looked at the YouTube video, and knew it was straightforward, but this shop popped it in for me in 30 seconds and made my day a little easier. I'll be getting parts here in the future. This store is also well staffed.

Genuinely incredibly helpful and kind during my experience. I was replacing the alternator on my car myself and not once did anyone talk to me in a condescending tone and implying I should just take it to a mechanic instead. No weird looks, no weird questions, just support. I asked for what I needed, asked for help when I needed it, and I didn't feel judged at all for doing something myself, as opposed to other big name auto shops I've been to... Over all, felt very comfortable with talking about what I was trying to do and asking about the tools I needed to do so, and it was really easy to exchange things out if I got the wrong parts.

A lot bigger than the other stores actually pretty huge! Not short on any help. Dad is very helpful and I was able to go outside and show me where to put certain fluid in a compartment on my car

Stopped into O’Reilly’s because I was having trouble starting my car. Aiden helped me out and was very polite and respectful. Came outside and checked the battery connections for me and got me the right parts I needed. Had me back on the road pretty quick. Good experience overall.
