Monica helped me find the issue in my car and helped me get a new battery. I am only 17 years old and I haven’t had anyone in my life teach me how to work on my car. We had a problem...Alexis fixed it!
This is an honest and reputable employee...Alexis tested our battery and alternator, tightened something that had loosened and sent us on our way, no charge! What a pleasant surprise. We will be back to purchase our auto parts and car accessories. Our new auto suppy store!

Thanks for everything!! Today, 28 March, I was out for a drive and started having issues with my car's charging system, and then my car died right in front of your store. The staff at O'Reilly Auro Parts worked to get me back on the road, and yes, I made it home safe and sound. The staff are the absolute best.

I purchased a battery for my truck. The lady who helped me recommended the best battery for my truck and installed it for me. She was great and very knowledgeable. I can't remember her name, but my receipt says Becca. She said my old battery was purchased at O'Reilly in San Marcos over five years ago, so their battery's must be really good. I would think. Thank you for your service .

This is for the 306/Hunter location- I’m an O’Reilly’s fan, I’ll drive further to use y’all over the other shops. This past Saturday evening, I stopped in to get a rotar for a brake job I was working on. I believe her name is Schnelle, she was polite, asked me a few questions about my project, and ultimately ended up saving me some money on my purchase. She didn’t need to do that, it was late in the day, she could have checked my out and let me run, but she went over and above. I truly appreciate it, hope she gets to read this, and know that she ensured in an O’Reillys customer for life.
