Every time I come in, I always have a positive experience. On my most recent visit, my jeep’s CEL came on, and it started running really rough on Mill Plain, so I quickly pulled in and they scanned the code for me. The gentlemen helping me (Bryson? I forgot to write his name down) not only explained what the code meant, but what I would need to buy to fix the issue. I had to wait a little while between initially entering the store and him being able to come out with the code reader (which I was more than OK with, I know why this policy is in place), and all five or six customers that he helped while I waited, were treated with the utmost respect. He was very friendly and kind, energetic, and definitely knowledgeable.
I’ve had several positive experiences before this one, including another gentleman who helped me with a battery issue, and a young lady who helped me with some parts. Definitely recommend this location.

I’m amazed at the level of customer service I received at this location, my experiences are always met above and beyond. Thank you Autumn, you manage a well rounded crew. This level of customer service is what I wish, I could receive everywhere, very rare to see in today’s world. Keep up the great work.

Great and very very helpful staff that will even come out and help you figure what a noise or issue is. Takes their time to explain to you what the issue is and what exactly you need and need to do. Best employees ever!

Store sales person DAKOTA was amazing and extremely helpful today when he replaced my wipers and fixed my headlight plus also tried to help me with a stuck oil cap. He was very supportive and respectful. Please give him a raise.

I had an absolutely awesome experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts during my recent visit. The moment I walked in, I was greeted right away by an employee named Autumn, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. I needed new windshield wipers, and she not only showed me all the available options, but also explained the differences in a clear, stress-free way that made the whole process super easy.
What really stood out was the extra step she took—when I asked if she could help install them, she didn’t hesitate for a second. Autumn came outside to my car and installed the new wipers for me right there in front of the store. It was quick, seamless, and truly above-and-beyond service.
Huge thanks to Autumn at O’Reilly Auto Parts for making something that could’ve been a chore into a genuinely pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
