Edward, Ryan, Jonathan and Justin!!! They helped me replace my battery recently but they regularly help me with my car and give solid advice and do very good work. At store 3172! 59th n bell! They are very knowledgeable and so kind through out whatever (Dumb)questions I have! 10/10

The staff Ryan the manager and his employee John was awesome!!! Awesome! They resolved all my issues, their customer service was beyond acceptlonal, they exceeded the meaning of customer service, above and beyond the call for service!! Ryan. My Honda Pilot needed a car battery. I came here and there was one person who was up front. The young man is named trevor. He was installing a car battery for a customer. When he was done he asked me what I needed and I told him I needed a car battery too! He recommended one for me, gave me a warranty, was friendly, polite and respectful. Even though there were customers coming in, Trevor gave me his full attention. He installed the battery very quickly and I thanked him. I just wanted to make sure that you guys knew that you have an employee there who is fantastic. Please make sure that he knows that someone out there sees his work ethic, respects it and appreciates it.

answered every one of our questions and had just what we needed and even one of the employees was kind enough to shine up our headlights as soon as we pulled up, took less than 90 seconds as a courtesy before shopping 🙌🏼

Five star review. Trevor at oreilly. Awesome. Did a new batter in my work car. It was a little bit different than your normal batter replacement. He looked it up figured it out and completed the job. This is the place to go thunderbird and 59th ave. Big five star

I can’t recommend this O’Reilly Auto Parts location enough! The staff went above and beyond to help me. They quickly figured out what was wrong with my vehicle, and when I explained that I didn’t know how to do part of the repair, they didn’t just explain it—they actually took the time to do it for me.
They installed my spark plugs, and I am incredibly grateful for their help. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me back on the road. It’s hard to find customer service like that these days.
I’ll definitely continue coming back for all my automotive needs and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and exceptional service. Thank you again for going above and beyond!

UPDATE!! THIS STORE IS THE BEST!! Once again treated like a rocksrar by Alex this time. Made a 3 year old purchase as essy to return under warranty as if I bought it yesterday. This man needs a raise. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ALEX! Just when you think customer service is dead, I meet Johnnathan! Probably one of the nicest, genuine people I have e met in a long time. He was patient and kind and helpful to the enth degree. Thank you for a little restoration of humanity. Someone PLEASE make him a corporate trainer!!!
