Awesome experience. Was having car problems at 9:30 at night, managed to limp my car to this store (which was the closest to me).
Clemente was there tonight, and immediately found the issue, got me the right part, helped fix it for me promptly, and I drove away a happy man with a working car again.
Couldn’t recommend that guy enough. Thanks Clemente! Definitely always coming back here when I need anything auto related. Sending everyone else to Clemente to!
O‘Reilly on 40th street and thunderbird. Can’t speak for every store, but this one is the real deal.

O'Reilly Auto Parts just gained a lifelong customer with the over and Beyond experience I got from Zach.
He helped me with a simple but complicated battery issue.

I want to make clear Carter C. also assisted me.
I have very little knowledge of cars. Years ago, I was fortunate enough to swing by a O'Reilly's for car maintenance.
The customer service offered by O'Reilly's, and this location in particular is exceptional.
The employees are knowledgeable, professional, and charming. They take the time to educate you and give you a "brass tacks" conversation so you know what is necessary and what is not.
I want corporate leadership to recognize that Carter C. and Zach M. are assets to the company. The care I receive at O'Reilly's has driven my loyalty for years, and will continue to do so.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location, and it was all thanks to the incredible manager, Liz. I came in needing new windshield wipers and some Rain-X, and Liz went completely above and beyond to help me. She didn't just point me to the aisle; she took the time to walk me through the best options for my car, explaining the differences and ensuring I got the perfect products.
It's rare to see that level of customer service and genuine care. Liz deserves to be recognized for her outstanding work. Her leadership is clearly reflected in the rest of the staff, as this is one of the friendliest and most helpful auto parts stores I have ever visited. Everyone was knowledgeable, incredibly nice, and eager to assist with everything I needed. They even let me use their clean and accessible bathroom, which was a huge plus.
Because of Liz and her amazing team, I will definitely be a returning customer and will be recommending this specific store to everyone I know. Thank you for making a simple errand such a positive experience!

I went in on Saturday around noon because my car's battery was acting up. Clemente helped me check if the warranty on my battery was still valid (it was), then he checked if my battery was in good condition (it wasn't). He then grabbed a new battery and replaced it. The care and attention to detail Clemente showed was outstanding. He was patient, professional, and answer all the questions I had. I would highly recommend the O'Reilly at Thunderbird and 40th St for all your auto parts needs.
