Ordered in a power steering pump for my daughter’s vehicle. Swapped over my pulley and when I went to install the pump found a mounting hole that was not drilled and tapped. My pulley broke on the removal so I went in store to discuss. The counter person called The warehouse and described the part to confirm that the one at the warehouse had the hole correctly drilled and tapped and it was. So he brought in the new pump and ordered a replacement pulley for me to be brought in at the same time. Successfully installed the new pulley and pump on my vehicle and it now runs like a champ! I dealt with three different people during this event and I have to say all three did an excellent outstanding job helping me complete my goals of power steering pump replacement. I’d give them 10 stars if they were available thank you so much O’Reilly’s Fair oaks in California.

Your worker Jake, was very knowledgeable, professional & curteous. He came out to parking lot & installed windshield wipers on my 2015 Mercedeze Benze. Definately shopping here from now on . Thank you Jake!

Honestly, words can’t even describe how amazing these people are. I’m not even exaggerating, Alex and Legand are truly some of the kindest, sweetest, and most genuine people I’ve ever met. I accidentally locked my keys inside my car and called so many places, but everyone told me it would take hours just for someone to show up. Even though the store doesn’t normally provide this kind of help, they went out of their way and used their own personal kit to help me anyway in less than an hour and never once acted like it was an inconvenience. No matter how difficult it was, they did it and wanted to genuinely help. On top of that they refused to take any form of payment. They took time out of their own schedule just to help someone in need, and that says everything about the kind of people they are.

On my way to get my exotic pet from the only exotic veterinary I trust my pet to, my engine light comes on. Being 40 miles from home, I found the closest auto parts store- O’Reillys. The sales person, Legend, was very helpful and made my evening steer clear of the meltdown I was headed for. So very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend 100%!!

I needed new wiper blades for my Jeep. The young man that helped me is greatly appreciated. He even put the new ones on my car for me. He also told me in the summer to lubricate them once a month to keep them from drying out and splitting.

Had a great experience with Michael at the Madison Ave store. I needed new windshield wipers and he brought them to the counter for me and then installed them for me. Couldn't be happier with the service I received!
