Noe was awesome. I have a used car but the people I bought it from my battery is loose so it had me jump in my car every two days I'll be doordashing and I can't be in the middle of the dash with my battery out but he gave me a new battery and tighten that bad boy down just like I should have had it when I bought the car thank you so much this O'Reilly's is awesome and the people here are great.

I stopped by O'Reilly Auto Parts in Rocklin because I thought my battery might be failing and needed someone to test it. I was fortunate enough to be helped by Noe, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.
He tested my battery, explained the results, and showed me that it had indeed failed. Rather than simply trying to sell me a replacement, he took the time to explain the different battery options and the differences between them so I could make an informed decision.
What impressed me most was that he went above and beyond by installing the new battery himself—even though it's located in one of the most difficult spots in my car. Throughout the entire process, he never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. He was patient, kind, professional, and genuinely happy to help.
Car trouble always makes me anxious and having someone with Noe's calm, reassuring demeanor made all the difference. He turned what could have been a stressful experience into a positive one.
Outstanding customer service like this deserves to be recognized. Thank you, Noe, for your professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. O'Reilly's is lucky to have you!

O'Reilly auto parts in Rocklin is the best parts store ever. Noe is a Flippin rock star!!! I came in with 2 brake light out and he offered to help me check them and even put them in for me. Chivalry is not dead. This is the ONLY auto parts I will go to. Everyone in there is great but Noe went above and beyond and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thanks O'Reilly for hiring such great staff. I will be back anytime I need anything for my car.

It was the wrong time for my battery to go out, but the guy at the counter Noa was able to find me the peculiar kind that goes in my car and had it in stock. He even installed it for me just for the cost of the battery. Great guy. So happy to have this place nearby, highly recommended.

Today’s experience is why I’ll ALWAYS choose O’Reilly’s over any other store and I hope management sees this as well. I knew my SUV needed a new battery for a few weeks now, but have been putting it off. Today, while at the park with my wife and toddler, 30 mins from home our battery decided to finally die completely.
The first thing I did was uber to O’Reilly to get a jump start pack and immediately Noe was super helpful and recommended I borrow their jump pack (and leave my ID) in order to save some money until I could get the car there just so I can get a new battery. Unfortunately, the pack was not able to get the battery going so I called back and Noe offered to literally come out to me after his shift and help me install a new battery! So I placed in a new battery order online, he arrived promptly right after work still in uniform with all the things necessary (tools, the new battery I ordered, the receipt so I can get my core deposit, and even my ID!). He even did the labor himself pitch black at night, it took him only a few minutes and our car was up and running again! This review is the least I could do to thank Noe. At the end of the day all auto parts stores sell the same thing, it’s this type of service that differentiates which one you should always choose.

Quick, quality, and overall wonderful service. Mr. Noe changed my rear headlight bulb in less than 5 minutes. He's a great guy as well. 100% recommend!
