I want to take a moment to recognize the manager, Cheryl Jump, at O’Reilly Auto Parts Store #2266, 4726 West Washington St, Indianapilis In, She was absolutely phenomenal!
From the moment I explained my situation, Cheryl took the time to thoroughly explain the type of battery my car needed and walked me through, step by step, why certain batteries would be the best fit. She gave me several options to choose from, helping me save both money and time without ever making me feel pressured.
What impressed me even more was how much she genuinely cared. She recommended a mechanic she personally trusts and explained that he does great work on her own vehicle, which gave me confidence that I would be in good hands.
Cheryl was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to talk to. She put herself in my shoes, listened to my concerns, and worked quickly to resolve every issue I had. In less than 20 minutes, she turned a stressful and negative situation into a positive one.
Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Cheryl is truly a shining star, and O’Reilly Auto Parts is fortunate to have her. Thank you, Cheryl, for going above and beyond!
