We were passing through the area on vacation and had an electrical problem. I stopped by the store, they were quite helpful in finding the right tools to tighten down my battery cable and get is back on the road.
Great store with outstanding assistance.

Huge thanks to Donald and Dylan. My car broke down while passing through biloxi and they were super kind In helping me out with my car. They recommended where to go to fix it and let me park the car In their lot.(I ended up selling the car since the engine was blown completely, thanks again to Donald for the recommendation) if you need car help in biloxi definitely come to this O’Reilly’s!

Well it's alot, when it comes to my cadillac, I want it serviced , maintenance, painted the best of ability, so I've had my truck for a couple years now, and I bout it with a fender bender.. so, I went to Barry's you pull it, and came across a bumber, in good condition, it jus was white, and my truck black.... so it had been sitting in my garage for almost since I bout the truck, so recently I purchased new headlights, (black edition), and decided to put on truck, but with my truck to replace headlights, you have to take the front bumper off, ssoooooo, I decided to go ahead and put the bumper I bout from Barry's on, but the only problem was it's white, and I wanted it black before I put it on my truck....which lead me to O'Reilly's....when I walked in the paint guy was out on delivery...so I patiently waited and when he arrived back he looked up matching paint, mixed, and also put in spray can ,for easy application , he sold me enough to do the bumper and clearcloat, and sand paper, bout 600 grit... great serviced nice atmosphere, good people, this particular OReillys specialize in paint......so I went home and got to work, oh yeah, and tape too, can't forget the tape🤭...it came out amazing, now mind you, I have to work on my sanding a lil, but overall, it came out nice.....ps, later on when I wet sand and buff my truck, I'm going to tape and respray my bumper, but for putting it on it was good enough.......thanks guys....🙏🏾🦅🫡💯 I'll be back

James in the Cedar Lake store is awesome! I was in the store on Nov 17 needing wiper blades for my wife's car. I purchased them and they offer free installation. My blades have always been difficult to replace but James was patient and made sure they fit correctly. My rear wiper had never been replaced so it was especially difficult to remove. I was VERY IMPRESSED with his customer service! Great job James and a great store overall.

I've been a customer at this O'Reilly's on four occasions and have always experienced superior customers service. Donald deserves a shout out for his professional, friendly and speedy service, including the installation of batteries and turn signal bulbs. While great customer service is hard to find in this day and age, I can insure you it is still alive at this O'REILLY'S AUTO PARTS.
