Ivan and the lady that worked with him provided exceptional service! He was knowledgeable about why my blinkers weren't coming on and went above and beyond to fix it. I also came in needing a battery replacement in which he also did and changed in no time! He was great at multi tasking as well to make sure the line got down. Great job IVAN good job division store!

I recommend going to this oreilly I recommend asking for Luis and Alfonso. They helped me out after work to check my battery and changed out the bad battery. I recommend asking for them

Kayla was amazing. She was very kind and helpful. Never made us feel like a burden. Came out and test out battery, gave us options, explained everything, then replaced without any complaints. Will be coming back here for her with any future problems.

Wow,Jhon,Ivan,and the girl,she going to get Jhon (Nanager)from that store,100%agree, 100%satisfied Jhon him came from the back inside the store, Jhon it was busy but Old man,find some many excuses, cus Old man,was there when asking for help,many old man,excuses cus him do not want to came out??cus is hot outside, but no matter what him was there for doing no help the costumer,Bad,very,bad,service,with that old man,but Jhon,Ivan,very good costumer service both of them came out and helping me fix my carr and lights,Jhon my respect for you, God bless you for you help,really appreciate it John everything you did for me, you are excellent person,and my 💯 feedback highly satisfied 🤝🤝🙏that kind employee needs, be there O'Reilly, auto parts Division and Davis,thank you so much Jhon,

I woke up stressed because my battery died this morning. I went to O’Reilly and a your lady named Kayla was a life savior. She went above and beyond for me. She checked my battery. Then went out of there way to check my cars alternator and make sure the battery was the real issue. She confirmed it was my battery and went ahead and installed it for me in 100 degree weather. She truly made my day. Highly recommend her and this location. She went out of her way and really didn’t have to. So if your looking for a place to buy parts for your car. This place has the best customer service. Thank you Kayla you are the BEST!!
