The only reason I am giving 4 stars, is because Malinda have me great customer service. I don't know who is paying the employees at this location, but they are wasting payroll when all of the guys hang out in the back together, leaving Malinda to run the store! I was standing there waiting for the one employee, who was helping someone else, when 2 more customers came in. One of them asked Malinda if she was the only one working. When she replied, "No", the customer asked where everyone else was. When she learned they were in the back, the customer started calling, LOUDLY, for someone to come out and help the other customers. By then, she told them there were 4 or 5 cuddles in the store. No one came. This continued for a few minutes. One guy finally came out of the back, but still didn't come to help customers! When she asked him why, he asked her, "What customers?" She asked him, "What do you think I am?"
Since when do people working in customer service all go hang out in the back at the same time? Judging by what the other customer was saying, this happens regularly. They leave Malinda alone up front to run the store. This isn't safe, and it IS NOT good customer service!! If she has to run the store alone, maybe you need to give her a raise from what you are paying the guys to hide in the back!

One of my tires ate a screw and went flat on Sunday afternoon Memorial Day Weekend. With no tire shops open, they were my only option to fix the tire.
Chris went above and beyond to help me out and get the screw pulled out, tire plugged, and safely inflated. Made the rest of my drive to Austin with no issues, thanks for your help!

The Manager Adrian is literally a sweetheart. I had a crappy experience with an employee and when I tell you, he fixed the issue and I don’t even feel the need to talk bad about the other employee. Kudos to you Orielly and Adrian ❤️

Came in to buy some coolant and was helped by Cristina, everything was great, she helped me with a battery the other day and she was very helpful, I didn't think twice about turning in here instead of across the street. Autozone was very rude when I tried purchasing my battery, bought it here instead.

Today I went to Purchase a battery. This store is out of my way, but the customer service is worth it. I really appreciate Edgar for installing my battery in the heat. He was fast and profess. I offered a tip and he declined it, but I am so grateful for the help today.

I went in to check my battery since it died on me the previous day, i wish i got the name of the guy who helped me but he was very quick and polite, he checked to make sure it was only the battery that was the problem. He changed my battery very quickly & also helped me to check if it had warranty. As a girl i don’t like coming into
this type of store since half of the time i don’t know what im talking about but everyone there was very kind, helpful & welcoming !
