I had such a great experience with Sonja at O’Reilly Auto Parts! She took the time to go above and beyond to help my mom and me figure out what was going on with her vehicle. She didn’t just give us a quick answer—she actually took the time to check the issue, explain things to us, and offer some very helpful suggestions.
Unfortunately, my mom ended up having an unforeseen expense that she had to pay for, but honestly, she still walked out of the store with a smile on her face because of the amazing customer service she received from Sonja. Her patience, kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help truly made a stressful situation so much easier.
If you’re having car trouble, I highly recommend stopping by O’Reilly Auto Parts and asking for Sonja. Even if you end up having to spend some unexpected money, I truly believe you’ll leave with a smile because of the great interaction and customer service she provides.

Sonja was exceptional at her customer service, knowledge, and expertise!!! She truly made my night!!! Sonja went WAY above and beyond for me!!! I will forever remember how kind she was to me!!!
And yall should really get a caller ID in order for staff to get ahold of customers if needed be like in this instance. BUT Sonja was so smart & professional that she knew just what to do and found a way to contact me despite not being able to have my number at hand!!! She should not just be employee of the month, but of the year!!!

A pleasant, Kind, older gentleman helped us out big time. My vehicles wonky battery. Now I got a new battery and can BREATHE. It was such a good visit today. The folks there were really quick to help. Good vibes upon walkin' in. Really lovely visit thank you everyone working on Labor Day. We and our vehicles appreciate you. Give this crew a raise!!!
