BEST experience EVER!!! The new manager greeted me, asked me what I needed. Went to my car, pulled the light out. Walked me to the isle. I paid and he offered to install it for ME!!!!! I asked him want to hear a funny story? I just left auto zone. The young guy looked at my car and said I needed a whole new fog light assembly and that they did not sell them there. I KNEW he was lying. So I said let me take myself to where I always go... ORRElys. I only stoped at auto zone bc they are closer. Go to where YOU always get 100% customer service. He ia going ro be a GREAT MANAGER for this location. Well he already is. Thank you Orellys on Rayford.

Mr.Gregory is an awesome person , he help me with my radiator and my rear shocks for my truck , he just found out , another coworker , which he doesn't work anymore at O'Reilly's, sold me wrong shocks , and my truck was bumpy till I came back , from a long trip , and tonight he took care excellent for me I'm getting my radiator for the shocks!

Greg was amazing!! My vehicle kept dying and I went to 2 auto places to scan it for issues. The scans showed no issues whatsoever. Greg sent me home and told me in 2 hours to try and start the car again. He said to come back before 10 if I needed to. Well, the car died again and I had to jump it quickly to make it there right before 10. He made sure to help me out when I arrived, even though he did not need to, and I was able to get a new battery. Best place tell your friends to go here. Thank you Greg!!

I had an outstanding experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts, and it was all thanks to Landon! My battery needed to be replaced, and he went above and beyond to make the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. He replaced my battery with no issues and provided exceptional customer service from start to finish.
Landon was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping me. It’s rare to come across someone who takes so much pride in their work, and it definitely showed. Employees like him are the reason customers keep coming back.
O’Reilly is lucky to have him, seriously, that man deserves a raise! Thank you again, Landon, for turning what could have been a frustrating situation into such a positive experience.
