A gentleman named Logan was VERY helpful today. After a horrible experience at Walmart auto center where they couldn’t replace the headlights because they couldn’t get the covers (and sold me the wrong bulb) I brought it to Oreily’s and Logan and I were able to get them off. One of them was a little difficult but Logan succeeded in doing so and replaced the bulbs for me. Sadly they aren’t working likely due to a wiring issue but I just wanted to give a shout out to Logan and thank him for his help and for being so kind when I was on the verge of tears.

Convenient, had what I wanted. More expensive than Auto Zone but they didn't have the VTwin oil for Harley in stock. Happy, helpful staff.

If I could give 10 stars, I would!!
If there was a badge for "most visits in one day", I would win it. I probably went into this store 8 times within an hour and a half, working on an oil change. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER WAS FABULOUS!!
After having just moved to Temple and being in an apartment complex, I was worried about where/how I would do an oil change myself. The manager was very accommodating and helpful when I explained my situation.
Between getting the wrong drain plug, needing a filter wrench, and asking for help with a stubborn filter, the staff was absolutely fantastic. They were so accommodating (even when I felt like a giant pain) and knowledgeable. One gentleman was very reassuring, after I was about fed up with my car. He told me to not worry, and that we would figure it out! Even called me "young miss", which was endearing. Gave me some tips for next time as well.
Overall, 100/10 experience, and will DEFINITELY be using them for parts going forward.

I live in copperas cove and I am a veteran , had an appointment at the temple Va hospital. My husband took me and in our way home his truck decided to overheat . I told him to pull into oriles auto parts. And boy am I glad we did . The staff here was amazing , kind and thoughtful. Madison was so sweet and the other gentleman inside ( I can not remember his name) even one of the techs that came and went a couple times from the store. They all were so kind and even offered advice and went out of their way to make sure we were good. They all deserve a raise . ( we usually go to auto zone , butttt this location of orilies specifically is amazing ) the people make us want to buy from oriles. Thank you again

I was sent to this O'Reilly location by my nephew because I had a hose leaking and the older gentleman I believe his name is Robert helped me out, this man was a True Blessing 🙌🏽 his coworker Bradley also was great as well he went and made sure that I got the right part by double checking with his coworker they worked as a team. I love going to O' Reily because of the quality and the customer service and knowledge. This location and it's workers are sent by God!!!! They go above to make sure you get what you need and always find a way to help!!! If you truly need help this is the location to get you right, if they can't help you they will guide you on the next step to go. They will always have my business. These people at this location deserves a raise and vacation just for how excellent and knowledgeable they are! I work in customer service for years and to have the type of customer service that I give to people on a daily is a rare find but this location is top tier!!!!

Battery went bad but it had another year warranty and they replaced my battery no questions asked. Bradley was friendly and so helpful.

Earlier this year the driver's side mirror fell off my 2005 Buick. I looked online and found the mirror sold as a set of 2 at Amazon For $13.99. Nor bad. But since I don't have prime, it would be another $6.99 for shipping. Since O'Reilly is close to where I live, I looked online to see if they had the mirrors. They had the same set for $13.99, but not at that store. However, they would ship it for free to the store and I could go pick it up. So I bought it online and and a few days later picked it up saving $6.99 in shipping costs over Amazon! Dock 1 star since the employees were having a gabfest and took a while to get to me. Still. Nice store with neat car gear to check out.
