Great place for basic auto repair and maintenance needs but parking is quite small and inconvenient, I personally shop here often because of the prices and selection.

Justin helped me purchase a whole new line of car cleaning products with Griot's Garage. I took a chance and bought 4 new products all of which have worked great. I am delayed in posting this review, this was a few months back. But circling back, because I am impressed with these choices. They leave my car smelling great and feeling fresh. Excellent CS. Had a light bulb out on my Sabaru and Jose checked firs t on line to see if under warranty. Which it was and so he came out to my car in the rain and installed new headlight lamps with a smile and no charge. I highly recommend this place of business.

Let me tell you a story about Jose.
I'm nearly 40 years old. I know nothing about cars. I have a '98. The battery died on me. I had to get a jump start to make it to the shop. I don't have any tools, or know-how about batteries.
I walked in, embarrassed to be a man without a clue about batteries. I was kindly greeted by Jose. I mentioned to him my situation, and asked him if they could check or replace my battery. In a very nonchalant manner, he assured me he'd take care of everything.
He walked me through the pricing, he recommended an extra item, but he wasn't forceful, like he was trying to make a sale. He treated me respectfully and not patronizing. He even set me up for a discount card, letting me know that I would only be notified for discounts and I can easily decline it. It felt like he was looking out for me.
He grabbed some tools and we headed to the vehicle. There was a custom piece, with my initial battery, that made a simple swap into an ordeal. He pulled out a couple of products to hopefully replace my difficult custom piece. He started with gloves and ended up having to take them off to get down and dirty with my old vehicle.
He exhausted a bunch of options, trying to solve the problem. After being stumped, he consulted an older staff member, who came in and went over the same difficulties that he did. At no point did they make it seem like I'm making their day worse, or that I was an irresponsible car owner.
After opening a bunch of products to help me out, when he was finished, and everything was fixed, he kindly grabbed his tools, told me I was set, and wished me a good day.
I am super grateful for my experience. Jose made me feel welcome and like I was in good hands. I've been made to feel worse in shorter interactions with people whose jobs I made less difficult.
Not only is this, now, my go-to O'Reilly's, but Jose is the man to go to, if you want above and beyond service.
