Last night at around 9:15 pm I had a blowout that tore a hole in my tire. I panicked and drove to O'Reilly's at Harper and Little Mack. I couldn't call my husband because he was home with the children. The 2 workers at O'Reilly's calmed me down and mounted my spare FREE of charge. Who does that? I am so grateful for their kindness and that they were still open. I thanked God for watching over me and those 2 young men. BTW a few weeks ago I bought brake rotors from O'Reilly's and the lady who was working was so knowledgeable and kind. Two visits to O'Reilly's and they've gained a permanent customer.

I like this place. Good customer service. Most of the time I get parts I needed, than any other auto parts stores. That i look online if they have it in stock. So this one works out for me and I always come to this one.

I am a senior citizen and needed windshield wiper fluid and a squeegee. Hope was so kind to me. Not only greeted me but helped me find what I needed. She also added the fluid to my car. Thank you Hope, you made my day.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Jayson at the parts counter. I came in for a blower motor for my Silverado, and instead of just handing me the “standard” part that didn’t fit, he went the extra mile. Jayson actually pulled up my old part, cross-referenced numbers, searched online, and tracked down the exact unit that matched my truck, even though it didn’t come up under my model at first.
Because of his effort, the new motor fit perfectly and saved me from hours of frustration. It’s rare these days to find someone willing to dig deeper and really help the customer, but Jayson did exactly that. Friendly, knowledgeable, and dedicated to getting it right, he turned what had been a headache into a win.
Thanks again, Jayson, you’ve definitely earned my business for the future!

I would like to compliment Jason who works at the Martin and Harper store. Very very nice young man highly recommend him. I have an issue with my sensor that needs to be fixed and but he was so polite and it still needs to be fixed but he did try to adjust something in the trunk but and the trunk is closed it's not going anywhere but there is a sensor issue but he was very very sweet he is a good asset to your place

Just wanted to shout out to Nadine, she couldn’t have been more helpful, and courteous. Helped with wiper blades and battery replacement for a riding lawnmower. Walked in blind, and she was so helpful, and she solved the problem of why the lawnmower wouldn’t start.

I walked into the St. Clair Shores location and was greeted right away with a smile and asked how could he help me today. Great to know, I was talking to the district manager, Colin. I told him how much I appreciate all the help I get from Nick. Keep up the awesome customer service. Thank you so much!
