Just wanted to give a shout out to Claudia and Chris behind the counter! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and laughter…mind you it was 7am on a Thursday. Loved their energy and willingness to help. Just needed some new wipers but again could not be more happy with the experience. As I was leaving Chris even offered to install in 30 secs! Haha I’ve changed a few in my time but how can you pass up the offer. Thanks again Claudia and Chris!

I stopped by O’Reilly Auto Parts today around 1 PM after having a frustrating experience at AutoZone across the street, where I didn’t get much help. I was trying to recharge my car’s AC and already had all the supplies, but my gauge kept reading high and the air still wouldn’t get cold. I didn’t need someone to do it for me; just a little guidance.
The younger employee working there was absolutely amazing. I really wish I had gotten his name because he deserves major recognition. He was kind, patient, and genuinely wanted to help. Even though it was 101 degrees outside, he came out and walked me through the entire process step by step.
Thanks to him, we figured out what I was doing wrong, and I finally got my AC working properly. He went above and beyond, and it made a huge difference. Truly great customer service, he deserves a shoutout and a raise!

My husband & I stopped at a different company’s auto parts store for replacement of our broken windshield wiper blade. The salesman was rude, so we left, and went across the street to O’Reilly’s. Chris, the manager, was very helpful and pleasant! He even went out to our car for measurements and installed them for us. We will be returning for future purchases.

I went in for a battery and the woman working at the time was so helpful and set me up with the perfect battery choice. Then, Chris put my battery in (while raining) and he was such a pleasant guy. I was very happy with this O'Reilly's location. My "go to" now. THX !

On my way to a meeting, my wiper blades literally fell apart in the rain. I stopped in to grab new ones and initially declined installation since it was pouring and I planned to do it myself. Turns out the blades I bought had a complicated universal attachment, and I was stuck outside trying to figure it out. One of the team members noticed, came out to help, immediately understood the issue, and upgraded me to a better set designed specifically for my car. They swapped them out and installed them in minutes. That’s real customer service. Huge thanks to the team—much appreciated.
