Great experience at O’Reilly Auto Parts on Holmes Road! DJ provided excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. I really appreciate the great service and would definitely recommend this location, especially because of employees like DJ!

There is an amazing lady who manages this store that I can't say enough good things about! I'm sorry I can't remember her name, but she is the manager. I went to a couple other stores to get bulbs for my car and was sold $40 bulbs, not cheap. I'm also very ill and weak, so I asked for help putting them in and nobody would help. I stopped by this store, explained what was going on and pretty much begged for someone to help me and without hesitation, she came outside with me to figure out what was wrong with my lights. They were pretty new, so I didn't understand why they quit working. It took her less than 2 minutes to find the problem that several men couldn't! The guy who installed the lights didn't plug them in correctly.
Every guy I talked to wouldn't even look at my headlights. They all said it was too complicated because there's a bracket that would have to be taken off. This lady stuck her hand down to try to change the bulbs, only to realize that they weren't even plugged in. No bracket had to come off. And this manager even reimbursed me for the bulbs I'd already bought and told me I had a lifetime warranty on those bulbs there, so why was I charged for bulbs in the first place at the other O'Reilly's I went to?. She was extremely helpful and I appreciate her so much! Anytime I need a part or anything else for my car, I will definitely be back to this store as long as she's the manager. Whatever her name is, I hope she gets a raise and a promotion. Might not sound like a big deal to others, but I am extremely ill and for days asked for help because I can't afford to just go to a mechanic anytime something quits working on my car. In fact, I tried to, and the guy said id need a new headlight and altogether with the time it takes to replace the headlight, it would've cost $220. So the that manager at the O'Reilly's in Martin City, thank you for being honest, and helping me so quickly when all the men I spoke with tried to just hustle me, for being a woman, and too sick to figure it out on my own. This will be the only store and location I go to again and I'll be certain to tell my 3 daughters to go here as well if they ever need anything.

Went to run codes on my car saturday! Got excellant help from the store manager! She seems to know more about my car than I do!!!! 5 stars for the young lady!

I just want to send a special thank you to DJ.Alexis at O'reilly's over off homes road.This girl is the manager at this store and has gone above and beyond.Not only my expectations , but anything that I could possibly fathom as a customer , and I just wanted to give her a great big shout out. Her customer service is above and beyond. Every store should take leaf from her example! You just don't get service like that these days! Woman to woman you work harder than 10 men

Went in to have a battery tested and/or charged. While there, I witnessed DJ greet and engage with every customer that walked through the door. It's refreshing to see. When it was confirmed that the battery wouldn't hold a charge, DJ made sure I had a battery with correct terminal layout. I appreciate him and his knowledge.
