I'm overall impressed with this particular store. Kerby and Mitch are friendly and super helpful. They both always help me get my needs met. They're knowledgeable, professional, and help to consider cost effectiveness for whatever automotive need I have. Its a little more out of my way to make it to this store, but absolutely worth it because of the customer service experience. I continue to be pleased with this store.

We are from Florida and needed some parts to get our trailer on the road to pull our tractor home from Bluffton. Staff was so helpful and went above abd beyond. Thank you for all you help!!!

I had such a great experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts! The shift manager, Jana, went above and beyond to help me. I couldn’t find my battery warranty for the life of me, and she patiently worked with me to track it down and figure out which account it was under. She was so sweet, very professional, and clearly very mechanically inclined. I felt cared for the entire time, which made a huge difference.
Then Shawn stepped in, he is also another shift manager, and he helped me get my battery changed. Some stubborn bolts were making things tricky, but he handled it quickly and even took the time to answer all of my questions.
As a woman, walking into an auto parts store can sometimes feel intimidating because you don’t want to be taken advantage of or feel like you don’t know enough. But Jana and Shawn treated me with respect and kindness, and I left feeling confident instead of nervous.
Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care really reflect O’Reilly’s values of excellent customer service and trust. I highly recommend checking out this store before going anywhere else!! Y’all will be in good hands!

I called ahead to get a price quote on some headlight bulbs. I was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge and help I received from Braylon. I went into the store the next day and I was happy to see Braylon. I had him help me since I already knew he was great. He really helped me picking out the best bulbs for my daughters car. He even installed them for me. There was another young guy in the store too that was also very nice and helpful but unfortunately I didn’t get his name. Stopping at this store really made my day because they have the very best workers that go above and beyond to help. I saved so much too because the BMW dealership wanted 150 to install the headlights. Thank you so much, Braylon.

Went to Auto Zone prior and the girl at the counter really could not care less about the issues I was having with my vehicle. Came to O’Reily and the assistant manager was SUPER helpful. I’m not mechanically inclined at all and bought a very old truck and it has issues. He was able to talk me through everything, checked my fluid levels, the electrical system, and walked me around the store giving me recommendations. Highly recommend and will be back.

These guys are the best, right when I was at my wits end and could not find a very specific part for a very custom job. They were not only able to locate it, but also have it to me the same day. Store manager, Chris as well as all of the other guys that work there are amazing. Chris took the time to manually search the part out located and have it to me the same day. He did not owe it to me. He just really seems to. Thank you again!
