Exceptional customer service. They always take the time needed to make sure you have the right product for your car issue. Many times they have come out to my car to help me install whatever it was I purchased. I love the O"Reilly on Linwood off Troost

Legit, fun and very helpful professional peeps. A young man, prob a new hire, installed a battery for me. Appreciated that, but it’d be good if an experienced crew member followed up by checking the quality of his work bc my wife couldn’t start the car a week later when the contacts shook loose from an install that wasn’t full power if ya know what I mean. Shalom to ya domes.

I just drove up to KC from Dallas during this crazy winter blast. My wiper fluid quit working. I stopped by the closest O’Reilly’s (Linwood) to the hotel I’m staying at. I’m forever thankful that I did. Woody is not your average guy. Not only did he try to assist me in repairing the line…he also directed me to a trusted repair shop when it became clear this was not something I could fix (or he could help me fix). In a world full of “it’s not my job” people, Woody is a breath of fresh air. I will forever go to O’Reilly’s and recommend them to anyone that needs a little auto repair/part help. Thank you for employing high quality humans. Please, make sure to thank Woody for me!

Jon was an angel. After an “oil change” at Firestone on Truman Rd, my car was left with ZERO oil. They ripped me off and Jon helped me find the right oil and guided me through fixing the problem. Give this man a bonus.

If you want great customer service you need to come to O'Reilly's on Linwood! This is exactly the kind of service and dedication I'm looking for in a parts store! I've been a loyal customer for 21 years now, since moving to Kansas City, and can't wait to make it 25!

I didn't catch the managers name however big shout out to him! He took the time to measure the busted lug stud i brought in to find one comparable. Granted they only had three but I was able to verify it would work, which perfect fit. Headed to another store to get the others I need.

Today (6/18/25), I went to O'Reilly on Linwood to purchase supplies for oil change. They were busy as usual I was asked by this tall, bushy head staff person to wait bc he was helping a customer other staffs busy also. I was leaning on counter when said this to me. Other customers starts entering the store, so after finishing his prior transaction I was completely ignored and he started helping the next person. So instead of making that young lady bad, as I left I said "Thank you for your nonserservices." A young man came behind me asked he didn't wait on you. Sorry, more training need to be given this employee to make him more aware of his surrounding. I'll give the store a good rating bc been a customer for years but I'll will keep him my prays this
